NanoImaging
This newly developed facility is focused on the nanoscale imaging on the materials and devices under development by the NPRL. This lab contains a Nanoscope 3 Scanning Probe Microscope which can perform both scanning tunneling microscopy and atomic force microscopy allowing for the direct visualization of both nanotubes and quantum dots as well as the characterization of thin films. It also includes two Joel Transmission Electron Microscopes operating at 100 keV and 200 keV.
